Biography
Grace Tian is a Research Fellow at the Sabin Center for Climate Change Law at Columbia Law School. Her research focuses on climate change law and policy in China and Canada, including renewable energy and carbon market pricing.
She has extensive experience with renewable energy and international climate negotiations, having served as a delegate for Canada at UN Forums on Indigenous Issues and Sustainable Energy. Additionally, Grace holds adjunct faculty positions at Guangxi Normal University and Renmin University Law School in China. She has taught graduate courses in international environmental law and climate change law. Her scholarly work is published widely in top law reviews on climate policy, renewable energy law, carbon markets and related issues.
Most recently, Grace joined the Open Climate Network at Columbia Business School as a Senior Research Scholar. She oversees the integration of international educational resources and intellectual property issues related to climate education.
